1.1 You will be able to access most areas of this Website without registering your details with us. Certain areas of this Website are only open to you if you register.

2. ORDERING FROM US

2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.

2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

2.3 We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

2.4 We deliver to UK mainland addresses only and our maximum delivery lead time is 14 working days from order placement. Our standard delivery lead times are usually well within this time frame and you will be advised our intended delivery date soon after order placement. If we cannot deliver within working days we will offer alternative products of similar price or a full refund.

2.5 In the light of recent and numerous online fraud attempts we reserve the right to deliver only to registered billing addresses and not to none connected delivery addresses. This does not affect your statutory rights and we will make a full refund if you do not wish to receive delivery of your items at your registered billing address. Our delivery agents are instructed to return the product to stores if they are unable to substantiate that the delivery recipient is resident at the said delivery address.

3. PRICING

3.1 Our prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated, i.e. for trade sales to bona fide trade purchasers who are not VAT exempt the current vat rate is 20%

3.2 Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.

3.3 Our prices are reviewed monthly.

4. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

4.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email before we have dispatched the goods to you.
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below If cancelling your purchase under the Distance Selling Regulations, your product must be complete and in 'as new' condition. If you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. The product must not have been used or installed and the spare parts must not have been installed. It should be returned with the original box and packaging, along with any accessories you received with it. PCB, must still be sealed. Any free gifts received with the product must also be returned

4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt, after 14 days we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or to refuse the return.  The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. The cost of carriage will not be refunded. Refunds may take up to 30 working days from our receipt of the returned goods. 

4.3 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clauses 4.2 will not apply in the following circumstances:
i. in the event that the product has been used or fitted
ii. in the event that the seals have been or tampered with on Gas valves or PCBs

4.4 Faulty returned parts will be sent to the manufacturer and tested. If the part is deemed faulty by the manufacturer, Heating spare parts will credit 100% of the original value of the part to the Customer.

The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clauses 4.2 will not apply in the following circumstances:
i. in the event that the product has been used
ii. in the event that the packaging has been opened or tampered with

The provisions of this clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights.

4.5 Heating spare parts are not bound to accept non stocked items back into stock where the item is not a part of the Heating spare parts core range and was ordered especially for the customer from the manufacturer

4.6 All products fitted to any Gas Appliance (Oil) within the United Kingdom should be fitted by a competent person who is a member of an organization that monitors the safe working of Gas Installers e.g. the engineer should be on the Gas Safe Register (OFtec register). We may  ask you to provide us with the installer's Gas Safe number or Oftec number (England & Wales) or the equivalent (Scotland, N Ireland), failure to do this may result in no credit being given.

5.1 You are permitted to print and download extracts from this Website for your own use on the following basis:
(a) no documents or related graphics on this Website are modified in any way;
(b) no graphics on this Website are used separately from accompanying text, and
(c) any of our copyright and trademark notices and this permission notice appear in all copies.

5.2 Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by us or our licensors. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, any use of extracts from this Website other than in accordance with clause 5.1 above for any purpose is prohibited. If you breach any of the terms of these terms and conditions, your permission to use this Website automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed extracts from this Website.

13.4 If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Parts Identification

The seller shall deliver the part ordered and accepts no responsibility for inaccurate advice supplied by a third party to the Buyer in the identification of the part required, whether through commercial recommendation or technical diagnosis.
