Why genuine spare parts are a must!

As a result manufacturers warranties often only provide for maintenance support if the spare parts used are their own.   Any fake part could render a guarantee of workmanship or of the system itself useless, and this could cost installers and householders a pretty penny in an unforeseen financial burden.  In addition to fears about the part itself failing, it could – through its potential incompatibility with the system it is fitted into – cause breakdown of other genuine parts themselves causing system failure. The durability and performance of the system thus are severely compromised.

Finally, reputation is at stake.   Installers who have to be called out more than once for a single installation will lose credibility as certified installers.  Future business is seriously at risk; consumers do not want to pay more than once for the same part, or the same system, when breakdown or failure occurs shortly after installation.  Customer recommendation is one of the most valuable forms of advertising, and once word gets out that installers do not use genuine parts, then livelihoods are at risk.
